Cinemartin MyVD Youtube 4K Video Downloader First-hand Review

YouTube has become the center of entertainment for many.

The biggest setback is that YouTube doesn’t let you download the content to watch when you want. Plus not all of us have such fantastic Internet that we can watch the streaming content on YouTube without a few stops and starts along the way. It’s all just too frustrating!

We have recorders for TV content, but up until now downloading from YouTube was so complicated that most were turned off by the idea of even trying it unless we knew an easy way to download videos from youtube online for free.

YouTube now hosts 4K UHD videos for all those fantastic UHDTVs that are out there. But how do we watch, and even show off to our friends, how beautiful 4K video looks on our new set without being able to download and view it as we like.

Along comes a Spanish team of coders and programmers.

Cinemartin– they have destroyed other boundaries before. Remember when ProRes was ONLY able to be encoded by Mac computers? Well, these are the guys who first delivered a comprehensive Windows based system to encode ProRes for professional use.

And they haven’t been sitting on their thumbs since then either. Sensing the future these impresarios of code came up with the first practical HEVC H.265 I standalone and plug-in video converters. Making H.265 something that everyone can use easily.

In case you been spending your time in a cave, H.265 is what will enable us to keep file sizes small enough for 4K-UHD streaming via the Internet. But not content to sit around these Spanish disruptive technologists came up with MyBD.

MyBD allows you to take you Blu-ray collection to the next level. Take your entire Blu-ray collection and create a backup. But not just any back up, with its decrypt-lock bypass technology you can shrink your Blu-rays down using H.265 encoding.

The Cinemartin team has out done themselves yet again.

This time applying their collective skills to come up with MyVD YouTube video downloader.

This amazing program is truly so easy you will be astonished.

Once the program is installed just open your favorite browser. I tested Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and all of them worked perfectly.

Next, open a YouTube video that you want to download. Go to the address bar and right click and copy the web address. Cinemartin MyVD will instantly know that you clicked copy and it will paste the URL web link into the program.

At this point you can click the “Convert to H.265” or not.

Finally, click “start download” and the process will begin. In no time at all, the file is downloaded as an h.264 version and if you click “Convert to H.265” button, the program will convert the video to a beautifully small H.265 format. That will result in a savings of 10-40% of the original file size with NO QUALITY LOSS. That’s right, smaller files, same quality. I found some of the videos I tested were shrunk as much as 55%.

Plus it plays back easily on either the latest VLC or a very cool player that I use called Daum Pot Player. Oh yes, it will download and convert those stunning 4K videos on YouTube as well.

As if that wasn’t enough, Cinemartin took it one step further, or should I say 1024 steps further. If you have a bunch, and when say a bunch, I mean as many as 1024 different YouTube videos that you want to download. No problem. Open them in separate tabs or in a playlist, go to the Cinemartin MyVD program and click the, “Get All videos from Internet Explorer Tabs” (it worked for me in Chrome and Firefox too) then “Download All” and Cinemartin MyVD will download them all. Click the “Check to convert all to new H.265 video codec” and they will be encoded saving you tons of room on your hard drive.

And you can get the free version right here or upgrade to the PRO version here for a discounted price of $78 (€69).
