SIM2’s Grand Cinema C3X LUMIS 3D

SIM2’s Grand Cinema C3X LUMIS 3D dual-projection system was the winner of the 2011 Innovations Design and Engineering Award from the Consumer Electronics Association. It can also be noted Francis Ford Coppola – legendary film director, writer and producer – owns SIM2 projectors in both his studio and at home.

Grand Cinema C3X LUMIS 3D uses two C3X LUMIS three-chip, Full HD DLP projectors to recreate 3D images that are on par with the local movie theater experience. It beams at 6,000 lumens and is outfitted with an internal motorized 3D Infitec filter good for either 2D or 3D images at Full HD resolution (1080p). The Infinitec 3D technology allows you to use your own screen without compromise to quality. No active shutter glasses are needed, included in the C3X LUMIS 3D bundle are passive glasses. This bad boy lists at $79,999, designed for the absolute best in home theater.
