Sky: Package For More HD And 3D Channels

Ground-breaking documentaries…incredible entertainment…the latest and the greatest!

This is what Sky 3D promises its subscribers and so starting April onwards, subscribers will have to shell out £31.50 every month for its new Entertainment Extra+ package that includes more number of HD channels as well as 3D shows.

This may be a bit too expensive for some people because most people won’t even use most of the channels. Sky has been increasing its prices recently so some people are starting to cancel their packages over the prices. If you are one of these people then you may need a new Freeview aerial so see over here for a review on the best ones. Freeview lets you have thousands of channels but at no cost, which is why it’s popular. However, those that are happy with the changes Sky have been making will be over the moon about the newest updates.

On offer will be more than 45 HD channels while consumers with 3D TV will be able to enjoy shows such as Galapagos and so on.

“As well as the 45 HD channels, the pack will also offer customers access to a wide range of TV box sets on demand, both on the Sky+HD box and through the award-winning Sky Go. Box sets that customers will be able to enjoy at home and on the move include Game of Thrones, An Idiot Abroad and Trollied. On top of this, Sky customers with the new pack and a 3D TV will even be able to sample entertainment shows on Sky 3D, including the documentaries Galapagos with David Attenborough and Inside the Mind of Leonardo, featuring the actor Peter Capaldi,” wrote Luke Bradley-Jones, Brand Director, TV Products.
