Your Daily Explore 360 VR Fix: First 360 Video with Garmin Virb 360

Very first shot made with the new Garmin Virb 360…
Quick and dirty as promised: shot with #3rdpersonview mount, the Garmin Virb 360, stabilised (and telemetrics added) in the Garmin Virb software.. and uploaded to FB.
No post stabilisation done (the cam was delivered 7 hrs ago)
Hopefully metadata was included in the Garmin software export…. (so this vid is #360Video)
Anyway here it is in action with our (Sail Video System) #3rdPersonView camera mount…

I hope that you are ready for your daily fix of VR juice. Drink it up, there will be a new one tomorrow.

What is 360 VR Video?

360 video is a video that is recorded in all directions at the same time with multiple cameras. The videos are stitched together either internally in the camera or externally using special software.

It then forms one spherical video that is controlled by the viewer, enabling them to look up, down, right or left at their discretion.
