In this series, shot in VR180, I’ve taken the Atomos Ninja V+ and the Canon R5 with the Dual Fisheye Lens into the wild, so to speak, and put them to task to see if they will perform for you. Get ready because no one has shown you a review like this. The first part goes over the basics and then we will jump into the fire to see if these hold up. I’ll show you the good, the bad, and everything in between.
What is 360 VR Video?
360 video is a video that is recorded in all directions at the same time with multiple cameras. The videos are stitched together either internally in the camera or externally using special software.
It then forms one spherical video that is controlled by the viewer, enabling them to look up, down, right or left at their discretion.
