If you live in the New York area or are traveling through here over the next month you should definitely visit a new exhibition of holograms curated by Dr. Martina Mrongovius, Director of The Center for Holographic Arts (Holocentre) at the Clocktower in Long Island City. Opening this Friday evening 9/6/13 the exhibition will be featuring the work of 25 holographic artists from around the world including new holograms created from digital content.
For those of you who are out of town but would still like to view the work, I will be videotaping the individual pieces in the show and featuring them on my blog, www.artinthe5thdimension.com. I will also be part of a symposium on Saturday at the Clocktower speaking about the Future of Holography.
