During the film screenings at China 3D Expo I was delighted to watch an amazing 3D animation film titled “Goliath 3D”. I spoke with Torsten Hoffmann of 3D Content Hub, the distributor of the film, about the creators and the story.
This is the saga of “War of the Worlds: Goliath”, an 85-minute animated steam punk story of war, comradeship and courage under fire. The story takes place in 1914, 15 years after a failed Martian invasion. At the World War I, the Martian stage a second attack, stronger and more powerful than before, to complete what they had begun, but this time, they meet a very different Earth. This time, we fight back.
Produced by Tripod Entertainment, “War of the Worlds: Goliath” is Executive Produced by Kevin Eastman, Co-creator of the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”, an owner/publisher of “Heavy-metal Magazine”; written by David Abramowitz (show runner/writer of the “Hylender” TV series); produced by Leon Tan and directed by Joe Pearson (Epoch Inc.).
