On September 25, people of all ages should get ready to embark on an engaging photo safari journey by way of a six-stories-high and eight-stories-wide screen and 12,000 watts of digital surround sound as African Adventure 3D: Safari in the Okavango opens at IMAX Theatre Arizona Mills.
The Okanvango Delta is a secluded 20,000 square km maze of lagoons, channels and islands that forms one of the most beautiful and pristine wildlife reserves on Earth.
“African Adventure 3D truly places you in the safari with filming that makes the audience feel like they are navigating their way through the lagoons themselves. Only through IMAX photography and filming can you get that close to an elephant swinging it’s trunk at you or follow a lion pride from a few feet behind,” said Mike Greenfield, Regional Director.
