Getting a good fit on an earbud is the most important thing. You can have the most expensive earbuds in town but if they don’t fit your ears properly you’re not going to get good sound.
Decibullz has come up with a unique solution, plus it’s affordable. Kyle Kirkpatrick started out the project with a kick starter promotion that was a big success getting in almost triple his initial goal.
Kyle wanted to create an earbud that wouldn’t fall out when doing exercise or the other action related activities.
In addition he wanted to make it for an affordable price. He definitely succeeded on both counts.
The procedure is fairly simple. Once you pull your Decibullz earbuds out of the package you pop them into a cup of water…
…and in they go to the microwave for a few minutes!
Once you get them out and pull them out of the water and let them sit to cool a bit.
You then put them together and slip them into your ear and use your finger to mold them in place. The result is wonderful. The custom fitted buds create a perfect isolation for you and your music.
And just in case you fumble little there is an easy instructions on the website about how to start all over again and reform your earbuds. The only worry I have is that I live in a fairly warm environment and there are generous warnings on the website not to leave your earbud sitting in the car or other hot areas. Luckily, they come with a nice zippered clamshell pouch that does a very good job of protecting them from the environment.
Decibullz has become my favorite earbud. I have even used them for sound checking for my 4K video recording. Once again they work great.
At $59.95 they are great value and I heartily suggest you run over to their site decibullz.com and order yourself a pair.
