Delta Airlines 3D in the Air

Worldwide carrier Delta Airlines, has really moved out in front of the cutting edge in offering smart device services.

They already have  an app to track your bags and now through their Wi-fi portal, they are teaming up with Amazon.com to allow passengers to download  shows and films on board on flights using their Wi-fi portal. It is reported that the downloads will cost from $0.99 for TV shows and  $3.99 for movies. For those of you with 3D phones or 3D laptops, you will be able to download 3D shows. Soon 3DGuy will be offering  3D content that will also be available through Amazon.com. This supplements the already free access to content from the Wall Street Journal and People magazine that Delta already offers through their Wi-fi portal.

3DGuy thinks that Delta taking the lead on this initiative will put them way out in front of other airlines. So the next time your’re ready  to fly, make sure you take along your 3D laptop, 3D glasses or your 3D smartphone or tablet.
