FLEC Stands Up For Your Camera

 

All too often when setting up your camera on a rail system, the baseplate is just not quite right. I often wish I could tweak it a little bit. Or when switching cameras, I have to, of course, switch baseplates.

 

Well, not anymore. Those inventive guys over at Cinemartin have fixed that issue. You know them, the team that first brought ProRes encoding (and more) to PC-Land with the Cinemartin Cinec Encoder. They have debuted FLEC, an absolutely beautiful adjustable baseplate that can be re-positioned to fit just about any camera. Offered in either 6082 Aluminum or Carbon Fiber, the two piece system easily lets you position your camera in the best balanced spot.
