A spectacular tour of the Holy Land and the city once believed to lie at the center of the world. Some of the most famous landmarks will be depicted in the film, which includes the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock, the Jordan River, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Sea of Galilee and the mountain fortress of Masada. The film will convey the story of Jerusalem in all its beauty and diversity, illuminating global public opinion and understanding about Jerusalem on a vast scale.
JERUSALEM will be mastered exclusively for both IMAX and digital 3D cinemas on 30th September 2013.

JERUSALEM is executive produced by Jake Eberts, who has financed, developed or produced some of the most celebrated films of all time, including Gandhi, Dances with Wolves, A River Runs Through It and Driving Miss Daisy. The film is produced by Taran Davies, George Duffield and Daniel Ferguson. All three have a prominent track record of success in creating engaging and groundbreaking documentaries. Taran conceived and produced the IMAX® film Journey to Mecca, as well as documentaries for PBS and the Sundance Channel including Afghan Stories. George’s latest film, The End of The Line, launched a global environmental campaign to protect the world’s oceans, and directly enabled the creation of the largest marine reserve in the world. Daniel, a former theology student, has worked as a writer and Line Producer on many IMAX® and 3D films, including Wired to Win: Surviving the Tour de France, and Lost Worlds: Life in the Balance.
