This Sunday, the critically-acclaimed sitcom, Arrested Development returns as a Netflix Original series with 14 new episodes. The show — which followed the trials (literally) of the Bluth family — had its run on network television abruptly end with a truncated third season in 2006.
Seven years after its apparent demise, Arrested Development returns thanks to a rabid fanbase and enduring sense of humor. Its new home is Netflix — a perfect partner for the show whose audience has always enjoyed it in more personal settings. In another paradigm-shift, all 14 new episodes will be released at the same time, allowing viewers to remix the order in which they watch the show.
Netflix Originals are changing the way that series are made and viewed. Of the three Netflix originals, two of them — House of Cards and Arrested Development — are shot on RED cameras. As always, RED is proud to be associated with the game-changers and forward-thinkers.
Login to Netflix this Sunday, May 26th, and choose your style of viewing the show.
