It is a fantastically easy skin softening plugin. Just applying the plugin will often take care of all the softening that you need. But let’s go over the simple controls involved.
First let’s turn on Skin Show, Skin Overlay.
This gives you a grid pattern that can help adjust the controls. Then let’s adjust the skin color. The stronger it appears the closer you are to a neutral skin color. Next upt we have Skin Squeeze. Use this to adjust the overall uniformity between skin color and softening.
The default setting for skin softening when you first apply the plugin is 25. If you need more enhanced skin softening you could boost it up accordingly.
For fine-tuning, turn off the Show Skin Overlay and open up the Skin Softening Fine-Tuning. Here we have a Show Skin Selection check box. Checking it it shows us only the skin in the shot.
Top adjust, go to the Skin Finder and Skin Tolerance. These tools are used for detailing.
Overall a very simple plug-in that is very powerful.
