Vodafone Portugal has ventured into new territory by making the FunBox 4K ultra HD channel from SPI International available to all of its fiber customers.
In a recently released statement, the company (Vodafone) has stated that the output of the new channel will be augmented to include functionality for a wide range of 4K ultra HD content that will include documentaries, sportscasts, streaming music videos and movies along with TV programming.
FunBox 4K UHD is owned and operated by SPI International and will be the first ever 4K channel to come to viewers via Vodafone’s service in Portugal.
The channel will be accessible for free to existing subscribers of the Vodafone TV Net Voz service who also happen to own their own 4K ultra HD TV with an HDMI 2.0 connection.
